Returns & Refunds

We want every MrMaccaveli piece to earn its place in your rotation. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us at support@mrmaccaveli.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest route is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you want. This guarantees your piece doesn't sell out while the exchange is in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
