Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from damage, odor, or signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Limited-edition or exclusive drop items (noted on the product page)
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to start a return
Email us at support@mrmaccaveli.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Our error (wrong item, defective product, damage in transit) — we'll cover the full cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

Change of mind or sizing — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, email us and we'll look into it right away.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item — we're sorry, and we'll fix it immediately. Email us at support@mrmaccaveli.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a return, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
