Browse the store, select your size, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout — you'll enter your shipping details and payment information there. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order summary.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as any other payment options displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your card details.

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible once an order is confirmed. If you need to cancel or make a change, email us at support@mrmaccaveli.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location and chosen shipping method — estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of ordering, reach out and we'll look into it.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and limited-edition drops may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return — this will always be noted on the product page.

Email us at support@mrmaccaveli.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Still not sure? Email us and we'll help you figure it out before you order.

Care instructions are printed on the label of every garment. As a general rule — cold wash, low heat or air dry, and avoid harsh detergents. Taking care of the fabric is how you make a piece last.
